Installation is straightforward, the only caveat is that you have to grant admin rights to install the accelerator:

if you don't install it immediately, you can install it later when you create your first virtual device.
This qemu-system-i386.exe seems to eat a lot of CPU - I hear that Genymotion is far more efficient.

I choose as Android Emulator the Nexus_5X but it seems dramatically slow... it's asking me to update Google Play services...
